I found an album in itunes that has serious plagiarism

I recently discovered an app called shazam that can identify songs so I wanted to test it.

I played a song called "Innumerable eyes" by Demetori(an Independent band, to see how good the app is) but it keeps giving me the wrong result which is "Tarzane Majstore" by Dejan Djurkovic Englez, I thought they must be very similar so I listened to Tarzane Majstore and here is the thing:

The entire song's background instrumental play is a COPY of Demetori's "Innumerable eyes" and It's not just similar but a complete copy of the original song!

The original album by Demetori was released on 2009, this one is released in 2013 so it's obvious that who's plagiarizing.

How do I let apple know and remove it?
