Time scroll for clock

I see this issue was discussed earlier, but I just tried to set an alarm on my phone for the first time in months and amazingly this issue hasn't been resolved with an upgrade. I am a very small woman with very small hands and fingers and I was so ****** off trying to scroll in the alarm that I came to the community for relief. I, also, have no interest being forced to type in my choices using both hands, I want the version that has an appropriate-sized scroll bar, not one I have to find a pencil to scroll with. PLEASE.
