Hey Alec_rvn,
We see you'd like to reset your MacBook Air keyboard and trackpad to default settings?
There is not an overall "reset all settings" feature in macOS. However some individual features can be reset or modifiers removed.
You can do so under System Preferences > Keyboard. To start, go to the Keyboard tab, then select "Modifier Keys..." to the bottom right. You can click "Restore Defaults" there to reset those specific settings to default. After that go to the Text tab and check for any unexpected keyboard shortcuts there, and remove them by highlighting the shortcut and then pressing the "-" button. After that, go to the Shortcuts tab and select "Restore Defaults" there.
As to the trackpad, you can modify and tweak your trackpad settings under System Preferences > Trackpad.
See more info about the features of the keyboard and trackpad here:
Cheers!
