mac book pro wont work with drawing tablet

Im having trouble when connecting my wacom tablet cth-690 on the mac book pro. the issue is when i plug in the drawing tablet the cursor freezes and the tablet wont work, as soon as i un-plug the tablet the cursor works again,i tried the tablet on another mac book pro and it works fine.

i even tried it on my friends windows and it worked .

so the issue is with this laptop

i tried deleting and reinstalling the wacom application with the driver but with no luck .

i think its a usb port issue but i dont know how to get to it .

please help.

I went to my local computer fixer, he told me that the user was corrupted and he showed me that it works when i sign in with guest mode.

So he made me a new user and everything works perfectly 🙂
