Upgraded from windows 7 to 10 and lost itunes

Please be patient with me, normally I get my grandson to help me, but because of lockdown His not allowed to come around.

As I said I have had to download windows 10 and now lost all my music. When I click on iTunes I get a message

“The file iTunes Libarary.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes”

Windows, Windows 6

See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community. I'd start by trying the hold-down-shift when you start iTunes method to choose your library from its current location. It is possible that the location of the library hasn't been correctly maintained or updated during the migration to Windows 10.
