How to control volume on Apple Watch using AirPods

I find turning the crown works. It is just slow to respond. Turn the volume up or down and wait 5 seconds... That works for me while listening to music or audiobooks and with regular Airpods or AirpodsPro.

Try double tapping an AirPod and telling Siri to increase or decrease the volume.
