have a new iPhone 12 with an OEM Apple magsafe case. phone will not wirelessly charge with case or no case.

Is there a setting that you need to turn on to wirelessly charge with a new 12? i have had numerous previous apple phones that had wireless charging and never saw any kind of setting for it

try a force restart, this seems to have helped others with similar issues

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
