I have tried installing the Catalina and Big Sur software and still nothing. Printer says it printing but never gets to the "spooling" phase. For some reason my computer picks up 2 different printers on my network, bonjour and ij network, when on ij network prints and spools super fast but nothing actually ever comes out of my printer. someone have the same issues??

The Canon (PIXMA) MG5320 is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. This means that it can be used without having to install a separate driver. Drivers/software from the printer manufacturer may or may not add functionality. Have you added the printer as an AirPrint printer?
