I'm a mcdonald's employee and we have this discount for apple products, but when I go to your website through the app I have, it will just show me the same prices at all

Are you talking about expertvoice? Sometimes there are knowledge based test required before a discount can be applied. I would contact the manager there over someone who knows more about the discount. That is not an Apple issue but the website.
