Mac mini M1 Monitor Compatibility

LG 27QN880-B 27” QHD (2560 x 1440) IPS Monitor with Ergo Stand and HDR 10 Compatibility and USB Type-C Connectivity, Black

I am changing my iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010) and getting a new iMac Mini (M1). Will the above monitor be ok?

Thanks

Your new M1 Mac mini can provide video output via its Thunderbolt 3/USB-C or HDMI ports. On the other hand, your LG monitor supports video via HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C.

For 2560 x 1440, the only combination would be to use a Thunderbolt 3-to-Thunderbolt 2 adapter, otherwise your mini can support other resolutions via a USB-C-to-DisplayPort adapter (up to 5K), or via a HDMI-to-HDMI connection (up to 4K.)
