My apple tv doesn't seem to recognize my apple ID login. I've used the devise for years. The information is correct, internet is connected, we've updated it and turned everything off and on. At a loss what to do next. Any tips welcome. TIA.
hi - this was my error. I had to verify payment in ITunes (not my apple account). It's back working. thank for the support regardless.
