I have been facing battery drain issue on my iPhone 12 well over a month.
Even after updating iOS 14.3 i am still facing huge battery drain when kept idle at night.
it drains about 15-25% in 7 hours with wifi and mobile data off !
Has anyone found what is causing the same ?
will future ios update resolve this issue ?

I have an update here. Last night I changed my Mobile Data Option from 4G to 3G, turned on Low Data Mode, deleted the default Mail App of iOS and restarted my phone. These 3 changes were done after all the Battery Saving Tips on YouTube failed for me. To my surprise, I did not see even 1% battery drain overnight (7 hours of standby time) when the battery was charged >= 90% but lost only 4% overnight battery drain when the battery was charged somewhere around 75%.

Yes, to charge the phone overnight, every night is the best option. I was just trying to give few tips in case we don't have access to charge it overnight, people can use the 3 options to get an overnight standby battery drain <= 1%. I am consistently getting 0% battery drain overnight (with a standby time of 7-8 hours) without overnight charging, after applying the 3 options mentioned in my earlier post.
