Since agreeing to ‘see’ a colleague”s calendar in MS Office, her meetings now show up on my calendar as ‘busy’ How to get rid of?

Sharing her calendar, you are displaying her appointments. If she enters the event/meeting and sets it as busy, you will see the same thing on your calendar. That is how it works It should not show you as busy, unless you are an invitee, but it will show Busy. Are you looking at this event in the native Calendar app, or are you using Outlook app since you mention MS Office?
