I sent a new iPhone 7 from UK to a family in Venezuela , but it is not reading the SIM , it keeps saying invalid SIM, I have been told the phone is blocked, but I can believe this, I never inserted any SIM in UK , I very disappointed , could you assist me with this? Many thanks
Your phone is locked to a specific carrier. Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. You will have to contact that carrier and ask about their unlocking policy.
