Can't delete APFS container

Good afternoon,

I can't delete an empty APFS container on my new ssd (Crucial P1), because the "-" button is greyed out. But somehow i can delete my current, active system container.

Thanks in advance

I don’t know why it can’t be deleted, but it wouldn’t get you anywhere. You can only merge counterclockwise on that pie. You won’t be able to merge that free space into Macintosh HD. You can only go the other way, erasing Macintosh HD and merge its space into container disk disk 3.

Back up, then delete the Macintosh HD volume and merge them, or erase entire disk. Then, restore.
