iTunes stuck on “waiting for IPhone”

My 6 plus which is completely dead, and has bootloop, was in DFU mode restoring. After iTunes “extracted the software” the phone disconnected from the computer as soon as it said “waiting for iPhone” I haven’t got another PC to try it on and I’ve restored many phones on it before! Help please.
