what to do if my macbook warranty expired during lockdown
my macbook stopped working on October 10th, I managed to have an appointment on October 14th but I arrived late and then I was not able to resume an appointment there was no availability with my work,I finally managed to have an appointment on December 9 at the istore. but your colleagues told me that my guarantee expired on November 9 and that I had to pay 600 pounds. I do not find that normal inasmuch as there was little appointment available and then there was confinement. I called your telephone support several times or I waited a long time and I was told to try again later so what to do if my macbook warranty expired during lockdown ?
