MacBook Air suddenly went off

Please be informed that the macbook I’m using suddenly went off. It was infomed to the authorised agent on that day it self but due to lockdown in Sri Lanka due to Covid 19, all service agent shops were closed. Anyhow when I contacted them to inform the issue they told that since the warranty period of the machine is due to expire, that they will extend the warranty period, as the original warranty period was close to expire. But still I didn’t get a positive response regarding it. 

As you all aware, now all the study programmes are conducted online I’m unable to continue studies without my MacBook.

Considering above, it is highly appreciated if you can extend the warranty period of my MacBook in order to get it repaired . I’m an undergraduate, Who is eagerly waiting for the matter to be sorted soon.
