Website login

It is nearly impossible for me to login to login.northlane.com to access my paycheck from my I pad. I have no problem logging in from the laptop at work. Why is logging in from my iPad a problem?

You may find that switching Safari from its default Desktop to Mobile browsing mode provides a workaround.

With the website page loaded, tap the aA icon at the left of the Address Bar; a menu will appear. Select Website Settings; deselect Request Desktop Website, then tap Done. Finally, refresh the webpage.

If you're trying to login using Safari, I think you should use the North Lane app instead.

In any case, I'd contact North Lane support team and ask them.

They do not have an app. I did contact them. They were no help
