Static coming from AirPods max

When I have noise cancellation turned on the right here plays a constant static sound, a low rumble. I can make it stop if I turn off noise cancellation and keep it on transparency or nothing. Only happens in the right ear. Probably a software glitch you guys gonna fix this? Kinda nuts having these be brand new and not work properly.

Brand new out of the box it happened to me today. Starts out fine and then builds no matter what I am listening to or just not connected. If I lift the left ear cup off my ear, it goes away and over the next few minutes it builds until it comes back again. Major bummer. Current firmware 3C16.

Happens across my iPhone, Mac and iPad

I got the exact same issue.

I contacted Apple Support and sent it to their repair center.

However, it returned to me without any repairing... The repairing operator couldn’t reproduce it...

I cannot accept that result so, I’ll bring AirPods Max to Apple Store (Japan) directly.
