Is their a work around to able to speak commands to Siri on the new Mac mini M1 2020. I'm have a logic tech FaceTime camera. the mic dose not work with saying "HEY SIRI". I look in accessibility but I can not figure out way to use voice over or one function anyone have a work around?

If there is a microphone on that webcam, it may appear in System Preferences > Sound > Input like this:
And there is no Hey Siri invocation. You need to visit System Preferences > Accessibility > Voice Control and in the Commands… panel, ensure that the following are selected: Open Siri, Siri, and Close Siri. Click Done. Then turn on Voice Control, and say Open Siri, and ask your question. If you want to ask another question while the Siri panel is present, you need to say Open Siri again, and then ask that question. When done, say Close Siri.
Tested: macOS 11.1.
Otherwise, get a webcam with a microphone, or purchase a standalone microphone for the mini.

Is it because there is no microphone on the Mini itself and an external microphone needs to exist in one form or another? With a webcam?
no "Hey Siri" with the new 2020 M1 Mac mini - this not good, it only works typing commands to Siri
