Overheating

I have a 2019 Macbook-Pro. The fan is very loud and the Mac switches off, this happens very regularly. The fan vents are clean. I have spoken to Apple but keep going round i circles with them.

Does anyone have same problem or solution? Thank you. Allan.

Overheating and Loud Hey, so recently my MacBook pro has been running hot and loud. When I check the vents I can feel hot air blowing out of the right side. Even the keys are warm to the touch. It's not really running slowly either. What can I do to fix this problem?
