Metered Connections

Does anybody knows why Apple have not enable a METERED CONNECTIONS option to control the amount of updates that my computer does when using a Metered connection?

Please if you are bugged/stressed/distressed/ and many other bad emotions because you can not stop MAC from sucking your poor data plan connection, please like and reply!! we need to let APPLE know that this is a feature NEEDED years ago!!

Apple, Please do something about this right now.
