Ring in New Year not awarding

Hello, I’ve had the award showing incomplete on my fitness app since January 1 and I’ve closed rings every day for last 3 weeks. Why isn’t this award getting earned by my activities? Anyone else having this problem?

Activity awards I have completed over 60 mins of exercise today and I still have received the heart month challenge award. How do I get it? I closed all my rings and received those awards.

It didn't start until Jan 7th so you've got another 3 days rings to close yet.
