I'm using macOS Big Sur and when I open LDD.pkg it will open the installer and then like 2-3 steps later it says incompatible version of macOS.
*Check Specs for mac info.
If you are using an Intel Mac, you could create a VM of Mojave in VMWare Fusion or Parallels Desktop, and install LDD in that. Assuming LDD doesn't require accelerated graphics. If you are using an M1 Mac, no.

Lego Digital Designer is 32bit and won'r run on anything after macOS Mojave.
