We Could Not Complete Your Purchase Cancelled (Mojave)

I get this error when trying to download anything in the Mac App Store.

The Mac App Store is saying "We could not complete your purchase." I can't update or install apps in the App Store all of a sudden and get the error message "We could not complete your purchase" and it says "cancelled" under that. Any ideas? It won't even update free apps that have available updates like slack. I have tried logging in and out of the App Store and tried logging out of icloud on the computer, too. Running Mojave 10.14.6

We could not complete your purchase cancelled I am receiving the following message when trying to update apps I have already purchased through the App Store: "We could not complete your purchase cancelled". The App Store is showing that I have 4 apps to update, but I am not able to update any of them. I have tried both the Update All and to update them individually with the same results. From the posts this seems as if this issue has happened in the past on the App Store, but I have never experienced it before. The solution appears to be that it just begins working on its own eventually. This issue has been occurring for over a week now. I have not seen any recent posts on this issue, so thought I would post it again. macOS Mojave 10.14.6

I fixed the problem by opening iTunes and signing in there. As soon as I signed into iTunes with the same account as the App Store, the problem went away.

I tried signing out and back in for both the app store and in iTunes and neither of these solutions fixed the issue for me. Rebooting the Mac fixed the problem for me, so you might want to try all three fixes if you are having this problem..
