How to unsubscribe only one Apple Support Community question?

Each time someone replies to a discussion I’ve participated in, I receive an email. I like this feature and do not want to remove it from my account settings.

However, there is one particular discussion I do not wish to receive emails anymore. I have “unfollowed” the question thread, yet I continue to receive emails.

If I uncheck the option in my settings, I won’t receive emails on other discussions. I cannot set up an email filter because it would filter out all discussions.
