But in fact, as I was told in technical support, this feature is not guaranteed, but depends on the service center (we do not have official services). But if the service center is not obliged, then it will not provide this opportunity. I called to check. Is there a way to remove this information from the Russian page of the site or to present it correctly? After all, the information on the site is misleading.
