Apple ID disabled

So when i go to the app store and try to get an app, it says my apple id has been disabled. I try to use my apps I have a subscription with, and it says I never subscribed to that so i contacted them on support and they say that I have paid for it. I can’t get any apps or use my subscriptions because of it being disabled and i’ve changed my password, checked my payment method and it still won’t unlock.

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106


If it states that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See the instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
