Computer account creation failed

I have an issue with battery usage during sleep mode. After contacting with Apple support, I have been told to reinstall Big Sur. During the reinstallation, I faced with new issue. Computer account creation failed!!!.


Again I called several times to Apple support and they could not fix the issue!!!.

I use apple product for several years(MacBook Air and Pro) but I really disappointed with new MacBook Air(M1).
