I have an issue with battery usage during sleep mode. After contacting with Apple support, I have been told to reinstall Big Sur. During the reinstallation, I faced with new issue. Computer account creation failed!!!.
Again I called several times to Apple support and they could not fix the issue!!!.
I use apple product for several years(MacBook Air and Pro) but I really disappointed with new MacBook Air(M1).

I am also using MacBook with Silicon Chip M1 and I experienced the same but I took my MacBook to service centre and they installed macOS 11.0.1 and now my MacBook M1 is working fine.
Take your MacBook also to the service centre.
