In Shortcuts if I ask for the date and time I can set the default to "Current Date" which puts in the current date and current time. Is there a way to have the default be the current date but make the default time to be something else like 6:00 pm?

Mike ~ You can Ask for Date and then Ask for Time as shown in the screenshot below. Add a Quick Look to see what is returned. For isolating the returned date & time into parts for processing, use Split Text by Spaces. Then use Get Item from List.
