Synchronization with your iPhone failed for 1 items.

Several users from our organization have encountered issues with Mail app.

We will use the Mail app to configure with Exchange servers and let the ActiveSync enabled to sync the mails, contacts, and calendars to the iOS devices. But sometimes, we received an email as below noticed that Synchronization with my iPhone failed occasionally. Is there any fix or who will know the root cause?
