Duplicate email issue in Flagged item folder in iPhone 12 Pro

We are having duplicate email issue in Flagged item folder in Exchange account on iPhone 12 Pro with latest iOS version 14.3.18C66. This was working fine earlier. Suddenly problem occurs.


can anyone help us on this.

If you already have the settings, try removing and adding the account back:

  1. Make sure all the email is on your Exchange account through another source or your company's website.
  2. Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > [Exchange Account]
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Set up Exchange ActiveSync on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
