iPhone 11 Pro Max No Caller Id call issues

For some reason my doctors office calls have started showing up with No Caller Id and my phone will sometimes let it ring for a second before ending the incoming call or it will just go straight to voicemail. I can’t figure out what’s going on with this.

Silence Unknown Callers is off

Airplane life is off

Do Not Disturb is off

I have no Robo Call killing apps

Im up to date with the current iOS (this has been going on a good bit before the latest update was live)

Ive added the office’s main number to my contact list but I don’t think the number is the same depending on who calls.

Im sure there’s something I’ve missed but can’t figure out what that is.

Hey z3r0c00185,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with receiving calls from your doctor's office. We'd like to help.

Just to confirm, does this issue only happen when the doctor's office calls or with all contacts that show No Caller ID? It's possible that this issue is related to a setting through your carrier. Have you reached out to them yet to ask about this? If so, what did they say? If you haven't that's a good place to start.

Let us know how that goes.
