I don't have a complete Utilities folder on my Mac

In August 2020, I had a significant problem with my MacPro 5,1. It started behaving strangely and I eventually found the "fsroot tree invalid" message with Disk Utility. I found the problem to be a faulty graphics card. I replaced this and had to reinstall the OS (Mojave.) was able to restore almost everything from CCC backups and things seem to be back to normal.

Today, I was looking for FontBook to install a font and realized that there is no FontBook in the"Utilities" folder in my Applications folder. I would have thought that a complete Utilities folder would have been included in the Mojave install, but it is not there.

Is there any way to get a full replacement Utilities folder (or individual Utility apps that I don't have?) Now I am wondering what else I am missing.

Thanks.

Launchpad will deceive you by showing Font Book in its Others category of applications, but in reality, Font Book is installed in the /Applications folder. This is true on your indicated Mojave installation, Catalina, and BIg Sur 11.1.

Now, if your Font Book application is actually missing from your /Application folder, then you should be able to mount that CCC backup drive and then drag/drop Font Book from it onto your current /Applications folder.
