Are my AirPods Max discharging too quickly?

Hi, I received my AirPods Max last week and I think I am having some battery issues. The battery seems to drain pretty quickly even when my AirPods Max are in the SmartCase. How can I be sure they will go into low power mode?

I fully charged them about 18 hours ago. Since then, my AirPods Max have not left the SmartCase except for 30 minutes of listening to music. They are now at 57%. That doesn't seem right to me.

Hello QuincyFive,

It sounds like your AirPods Max is using your battery when in it's case.

Here's the resource on this topic. Review How to charge your AirPods Max and learn about battery life.

If you are using and charing your AirPods Max as described, you can Contact Apple Support for assistance.

Hope this information helps.

Have a good day.
