I can not add a card to the app store?

Valid value for this parameter (credit card expiration year): from 2021 to 2041. The card cannot be terminated earlier than the current date. No cards found in your Wallet that can be used with Apple Pay. Make sure the cards in your store match the cards in your Wallet and try again.
