Why does my MacBook and also Photoshop keep crashing?

For this reason, we recommend getting in touch with Adobe support to see what their current recommendations are when it comes to what you need from a Mac to run their latest updates smoothly.

As for troubleshooting this issue, we have a few things to try:

1. The first is to make sure that both Adobe apps you're using are up to date.
2. If your Mac is restarting itself only when using those two Adobe apps, it's pretty much narrowed down to those apps specifically. That being said, we still recommend a normal restart. Check out the section 'Restart' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac
