Clash of the titans digital copy invalid code error

I am having the same problem. I just tried to install the digital copy of Clash of the Titans but I keep getting an error.

Any suggestions???

I am having the same issue - haven't tried contacting Apple or Warner Bros yet- but didn't have any problems transferring The Hangover or Watchmen (Both Warner Bros movies)

Same issue here. Absolutely no problem using downloading digital copies of other movies though. Must be specific to Clash of the Titans. If anyone figures this out or finds out the number to contact, please post. Thanks and have a good night...

i went to this site ( http://www.wbdigitalcopy.com/home/#/AvailableTitles ) and they don't even have Clash of the Titans listed as an available download. Maybe that is the problem.

I too am having difficulty in redeeming my digital copy with my allotted code, with the exact same message. Hopefully they will rectify the matter soon.

Same here. Wonder if maybe Apple's/Warner's server(s) are simply overloaded the first night of release. Easy to believe of Warner, less so of Apple.

I am having the same problem this morning, but not only with Clash of the Titans, I am having this problem with two other digital copies also.

I just bought the blu ray combo pack last night. I got the error that it was an invalid code for the digital copy. I entered it many time, using CAPS and no-caps. I went to the WB support link that was listed earlier. But it didn't allow me to submit the information. I tried in both the latest versions of Safari and Firefox with no luck. I also tried with the latest and 2nd latest versions of iTunes on OSX. It gave the same error regardless of which version of iTunes I used.

BTW, the WB website form is horribly out of date. It lists the iTunes version as ~7. Yes you read that correct, version 7, not 9.

Any solution for the 'invalid code' ????
