Clash of the titans digital copy invalid code error

trying to transfer the digital copy of this movie to itunes and i enter the code but keep getting the code you entered is not recognized as a valid code error, tried all caps still no luck. have transferred 25 movies so far with no problem but i heard WB movies are a pain and thier support site ***** as well any ideas? or just sod it return it and get the reg dvd?

I am getting the "invalid code" error message also. I'll try that suggestion and see if it helps.

Nope, I tried it and it didn't work for me. I still get the "invalid code" message.

just tried it again this am. it is downloading as I type this. maybe itunes needed a day to catch up?

Like you all, had the same issues with invalid code yesterday (Wed). I just tried my code this AM in iTunes and it worked now. Looks like WB/Apple finally activated the codes for Clash of the Titans.

That *****! Me too I was unable to transfer the digital copy from iTunes, I keep getting the error messages on the code; but I sent an email to WB support (address: service@wbshop.com ) last night asking for an explanation, suggesting that I would ask a refund from the retailer, and they answered saying that they are looking into it and I should get an update on the issue soon,
Hopefully it won't take weeks to resolve the problem...

I finally got it to work today - seems as though Apple must have taken care of it. I sent in a support question to them, but it seems to be working before I got a response back (still within their 48 hour limit). Warner wrote back to say they knew of the issue and were working on it.

My copy worked fine (I'm in the UK) but technically we're not downloading from iTunes, the digital copy is on the disc you insert (well, it is here in the UK, not sure if they do the same for the US), so all you are doing via iTunes is verifying your account which unlocks the ability to transfer from the DVD to your PC. Surprised then, that it made the servers so busy they could not cope.
