I have also had the same issue and I have a Sony movie that won't redeem. I tried calling Sony but there were already closed. But I don't think is the movie companies issue. I am a die hard Apple fan but I do think this is an issue with iTunes. I have downloaded many digital copies without issue but since update... no download.
Maybe there will be a quick fix soon.

I looked on the WB Digital Copy support site and off too the side in small print it reads:

Service Alert: If you are trying to redeem your Digital Copy at the iTunes Store, it is currently busy, please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is for The Losers and I can only assume the Clash of the Titans as I had the same invalid code issue with both.

Please fix this WB/Apple.

I like many of you, created an account just to post on this forum.. I wanted to throw my 2 cents in.. It's not just a WB digital copy problem.. I've tried 3 different BR dig copies from 3 different years! First, Juno.. ok, so that one expired already... tried Inglorious Basterds which is Universal.. not expired, but also NOT VALID... And, finally Sherlock Holmes.. WB.. NOT VALID.. i know this post is about Clash of the Titans.. but that's not what i was trying to copy.. i wasn't fortunate to get this BR.. but I was searching for answers.. and it looks like i found one.. I'll just wait a week or so and try again.. maybe they'll have this figured out.. I have already spent 2 hours reinstalling iTunes and updgrading iTunes... researching, contacting WB and Universal.. where i probably wont even get a response after reading some of the comments on this post.. i don't have time for this.. most of you probably don't either. it's just very very very VERY annoying.. i wanted some new movies for work tomoro.. oh well.. I give up.

Mjbmagic: I DLed the Percy Jackson digimovie when it came out a month or so ago, and I expereienced no problems with the DL. So I'm thinking the issue is more likely with iTunes than with all these individual movie companies; iTunes seems to be the common factor.

I sent apple support an email on this issue, if the problem still exists when they write back, I'll post their response.

11:45 PM, my code now works. I'm thinking it's something Apple fixed. But FWIW, this time I had iTunes open when I inserted the digicopy DVD, and instead of going to the autorun prog from the DVD, I just went immediately to the iTunes "enter-your-code" screen. I entered the code, and it worked like a charm.

EDIT: Well, it STARTED to work like a charm. It now shows up in my directory of movies, and I have a size and run time of the film. But for some reason the DL stopped after just a few seconds. Sadness...
