Restoration after a clean installation

Due to a botched attempt at update my MacBook Pro (2019) to Big Sur, problems with speed and user permissions, I was advised to back up everything and do a clean reinstalation and start from scratch, new username, new settings, etc.

Now I want to transfer my files from my time machine backup, but I can’t seem to find the data for the following:

Notes

Stickies (legacy feature)

Bookmarks for browsers

ebooks

audiobooks

Browser bookmarks

A cursory search on google shows that some of these files should be in a file directory called ‘library’ under ‘user’, but I can’t find it. Does anyone know where these files should be?
