Issues receiving a scheduled call from Apple Support
I can’t tell if Apple support is messing with me or if there’s some kind of dumb issue that needs fixed, but for the past 2 months, I’ve been playing cat and mouse with Apple support. I’ve been scheduled a call back, but every time I would just get an email after saying they tried to reach me, when in fact I didn’t even get a single phone call or miss call all day. What is going on with this? Anyone else having this issue?
