How long does it take to process my order 2021?

Probably sometime around Jan 31. Basically, your Mac is being made in China, then it will be shipped on a pallet from China to a distribution point in your country, and only then will it be 'preparing to ship', and the next day it will likely ship overnight to you. For my last two Macs, it updated to preparing to ship two days before delivery, and in both cases delivery was on the last 1-2 days of the window.

As soon as you speak to the human rep... and tell the issue. She or he would either be able to updated it on the system right away, or may forward you to the appropriate department. As soon as they update it. Sometimes they might tell you that it’s your bank, in that case, call the bank. And then call Apple back and follow what I’ve said.

As for me, I didn’t have any issue with my bank bank, I paid via Apple Pay from my iPad Pro. Which uses the device’s account number rather than my card number. Makes it easier. But yes, all now... find out what’s the issue. Is it them or your bank, they will tell you if it’s your bank... they would ask for the card back. If it’s you bank, they would tell you to call your bank... iron out the issue and then call them back.... if I’m you do that now. And as soon as they get the pay charged. Your status would updated to; preparing to ship. This happened with the other dude from the previous week.. he even posted that he had to call his bank... once he did that and called apple back they fixed everything he got his MacBook shipped. Go on... and handle this. I want you to get yours and feel the joy as I did.

It will arrive in the delivery window that was stated, probably toward the end of that window. It changes to preparing to ship only a couple of days before the Mac arrives at your door.

Oh, you have to call them to verify your card or bank. Call them right now. You aren’t the only this happened to on here. Because right now I’m looking at my FedEx tracking, they picked it up at 7am this morning. Will deliver tomorrow. So call them now. 1 (800) 692-7753 follow the prompt, but keep requesting customer service at the automated system, until you speak to one.

Mine was FedEx. When you ordered yours it should of said what type of shipping it was. You can also look on your order and see what type of shipping it has with it. When I ordered it only had the express shipping listed.

It changed to preparing to ship right after I called the bank about the transaction. So it should go to preparing to ship right after you payment goes through.

Did you speak to someone? And I’m glad. For now, just wait until tomorrow, when you will get another update saying; shipped. And if it’s shipped tomorrow. You won’t have it delivered until Monday. That happened to my accessories. Bought on a Friday it says preparing to ship. Never did until the following Monday. That’s because there no weekend shipment.

My computer got here today. It didn’t come from China like most people are saying there’s have. It came from TN. If yours mirrors mine, I would say the 28th should be the day the charge your account and you should get the 30th.

They charged my card around 4:30am yesterday. Called my bank around 7:15am. Reapplied my card information in my order right after my call to the bank and it changed to preparing to ship yesterday morning at 7:30am.

The label was created at 10:54am. It was picked up in TN at 12:17pm and was delivered today at 12:54pm in Florida. So you should have it a day after it ships.

Sounds just about right. And if you are in the USA. Well, they don’t ship on weekends. So it would be shipped Monday and received Tuesday. I was seriously hoping mine would show... shipped today... but nothing yet and I’m still freaking out. And that won’t stop until I see tracking number.

I ordered mine on Jan. 8th, still processing. Expected delivery window; Jan 25th to Feb. 1st.

my window is just a day before yours. So you and I are in the same boat.

Still processing sadly. :( But the words under the bar have changed from “we have all the information we need” to “as soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update”. Hoping this means its either off the production line or close.

My expected delivery date hasn’t changed so hoping that’s a good sign as well.

Just checked the process and it shows preparing to ship now. There was a little problem with my bank flagging the purchase, but it does look like I’ll receive it within the stated window (but towards the end of it).

It came from China. Macs aren’t made in Tennessee or anywhere else in the US. As I said above, units are shipped in bulk (pallet/crate with hundreds of Macs) to distribution points in countries, then the individual units are shipped from there to customers.

Was it shipped today or delivered today.

and when did it change from processing to preparing to ship.

also I ordered a week after you, as I’ve already mention but my window is a later than yours, but a day early.
