Pre-Ordered Item Not Downloading

I pre-ordered an album, the store says it's been purchased, but I can't download the album on my computer or my Ipad. Also, my account says it's still pre-ordered even though it was released today. I tried cancelling it but nothing happens. Do I need to call Apple about this or is there a way I can fix this myself?

Thanks Brian, but I'm afraid none of the links worked. The soundtrack is still considered pre-ordered on my account. I kept trying to cancel on my computer but it wouldn't cancel. But I just tried on my ipad and it worked. So strange.

Since you're able to download the purchased album as expected on your iPad, this isolates the issue to the computer itself. Next, restart your computer, and try downloading it again.
