I NEED HELP REMOVING GAME CENTER ID FROM MY MACBOOK PRO

We see that you're looking to remove Game Center. While it cannot be entirely removed, you can clear your account. Details can be found here:

You can select the Game Center account and click the minus sign in the lefthand column.
