If you are 100% CERTAIN you are entering the correct password, check your keyboard. Make sure CAPS are not on, enter each digit of the password slowly, check that only one digit is being entered for each time you touch a key. Sometimes keyboards malfunction and enter a letter or number twice ("passwordd" instead of "password"). Can you try a different keyboard, preferably a wired one?
