I was able to select the song during from Song Info > Options > Start/End, but when I go to convert the song to m4a (under File > Convert > Create AAC Version) - it won't let me.
Help?

The song that you are trying to convert has to be a local copy (not in the cloud) and must be unprotected (not Apple Music).
