Isn’t there a way to back up my watch to a computer since there was a glitch in the software on the phone causing me to lose all the data on the phone but, it is still on the watch.

The best thing to do is unpair and re-pair your watch and restore it from your last backup.

Very little data is kept on the watch as soon as the phone is in range the watch uploads it's data to the phone.
