Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that the altimeter isn't showing correct on your Apple Watch. Does this happen in all locations, indoors and outside? Which watch band are you using? If it's one that uses a magnet, this can cause interference. The following guides have more details:

You'll also want to be sure that Location Services is turned on by tapping Settings > Privacy > Location Services.

Hello. The strap is used original from the kit. all compass and geo-position settings are correct. The watch showed normal altitude for two days. I noticed one strange feature that occurs when the watch detects a walk after 10 minutes from its start, and if I confirm the workout, then for some reason the height gets lost (see screenshot)
